Juclandian presidential election, 2014|

|
The Juclandian general election of 2014 was the 5th annual election for the office of the Presidency of Juclandia and the 3rd one for the Council of State, the upper house of the Great National Assembly since the proclamation of the Kingdom of Juclandia on 23 August 2010. The incumbent presidential pair, Gori Jucărescu and Pisica Democrescu, sought their fifth term.
The first round of the presidential election took place along with the election for the Council of State on 10 August 2014, with the second round of the presidential election taking place a week later on 17 August. The incumbent presidential pair was defeated by 2 votes by the candidates of the Popular Unity Front, Ovia Bogi and Cocolino Jucărescu.
The elections took place after the Juclandian political crisis of the spring of 2013, when the country's political scene has been reshuffled as a result of the dissolution of the traditional parties and the appearance of three grand parties, called 'fronts'. As such, the political system transitioned to one based on a three-party oligopoly, one on the left-wing, one on the right-wing and a third, centrist party.
