The Ebenthali Consul-General to Raphania (Portuguese: Cônsul-Geral Ebentálico para Rafânia) is the head of the diplomatic mission of the Kingdom of Ebenthal to the Westarctian Colony of Raphania, in addition to being the only Ebenthali diplomatic representation to the Grand Duchy of Westarctica. The official title is His Majesty's Consul-General to Raphania and Westarctica. Following the establishment of relations between Ebenthal and Raphania, the latter's entry into the Conference of Santiago and its union with Westarctica, Ebenthal's consulate general in Raphania came to be considered one of the most important Ebenthali diplomatic posts and to represent Ebenthal not just on Raphania, but all over Westarctica.

The Kingdom of Ebenthal first officially recognized the then Grand Emirate of Raphania as a sovereign state in 9 uly 2022 through a treaty of mutual recognition and friendship. Not long after, Raphania joined the Conference of Santiago, Ebenthal's main inter-micronational political organization, thus bringing the governments of both countries closer together. By the end of 2022, Raphania joined the Grand Duchy of Westarctica as an autonomous colony in charge of its own foreign affairs, which expanded Ebenthal's diplomatic relationship with Raphania to Westarctica. The development of Ebenthali-Raphanian-Westarctican relations prompted the establishment of a consulate general of Ebenthal in Raphania, which was carried out on 5 March 2023.

The Ebenthali Consul-General is the primary responsible for the specific relations between Ebenthal and Raphania, this means, for the immediate interests of Ebenthal in Raphania, and serves a primarily ceremonial role, answering to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Initially the Consul-General would also represent Ebenthal in Westarctica by convention. This model was, however, made official when the consulate general was established which was designated as "for Raphania and Westarctica".
