The restaurant gained distinction as the first establishment in Sancratosia to develop a unique recipe for the national cocktail of Sancratosia of the Principality.

History

Established as the inaugural registered company in Sancratosia, Chez Chloé attained this milestone on 30 November 2022. Shortly thereafter, it officially opened its doors on 2 December 2022.

The establishment notably introduced the first official recipe for the Espresso martini, recognized as the national cocktail of Sancratosia.

Chez Chloé features a classic cocktail menu primarily composed of IBA official cocktails, with a particular emphasis on gin-based concoctions. Notably, the establishment substitutes maple syrup for simple syrup in its drinks, offering a distinctive flavour profile.
