The State of Soternes is the a prefecture of the Republic of Antares, located in the city of Valencia.
History
Bayarri join the union on the 29 November 2016. The governor of this oblast is Lluís Esteve i Rando. The regional government opened a twitter account on June 18, 2017. On November 10, the federal subject moved from "Autonomous oblast" to "State" federal status. On 13 February 2018, Bayarri has a new name, Soternes. Due the UPO's dissolution, the Republic of Antares take the control of the territory in 2019.
