Legislation in Florenia
This article needs to be updated. |
The Legislation in Florenia is carried out via two primary modes. Acts of Parliament are passed by the Parliament of Florenia by majority vote and enter into law only after being granted royal assent by the Monarch. Royal decrees and letters patent are issued unilaterally by the Monarch, although they are limited by Parliamentary statute. On 25 November 2016 however, Eran of Florenia issued the November Declaration, which suspended Parliament and declared that his decrees would carry (in the interim) the authority of Acts of Parliament.
