The 2011 Constitution of Florenia was the constitution of the Kingdom of Florenia from its approval by Eran of Florenia on 5 September 2011 until the implementation of the Resolution on Florenian Government on 26 April 2021. Authored by The Prince Nathan and influenced by the United States Constitution, the British Constitution, and the 2008 Austenasian Constitution, the Florenian constitution was the first document to describe the central institutions of the state including parliament, the monarchy, and the premiership. Florenia’s current parliament and government are seen as direct successors to those established by the 2011 constitution.
Though it is no longer in force, the 2011 constitution forms part of the tapestry of documents, conventions, and principles that comprise the current, uncodified constitution of Florenia.
