The Ministry of the Kingdom (Portuguese: Ministério do Reino) is a ministerial department of Ebenthal responsible for administrate the day-to-day internal affairs, particularly public security, emergency management, civil registration and identification, supervision of regional and local governments, conduct of polls ans censuses, public administration and immigration matters. The ministry is led by the Minister of the Kingdom who is freely named by the Prime Minister. The current Minister is Luísa Somme, 2nd Duchess of Montana.
The office native name was inspired by the Kingdom of Portugal's. The Ministry of the Kingdom is the ministry with the greatest burden of responsibility.
History
The Ministry of the Kingdom was founded in 11 August 2014 through royal decree altogether with the micronation. It has since been responsible for the realization of the country's four censuses, for docummenting the population (both researching and issuing documments), for administrate the country's archives, for direct people, etc. In 2019, during the Mateusian Crisis, the Minister of the Kingdom became temporarily the country's second most powerful men, other than the High King itself, assuming several duties formely executed by the emptied ministries. Following the crisis's end, the ministry returned to its normal agenda.
