The Adjudicating Tribunal (Portuguese: Tribunal Adjudicante) was the supreme and only court of the Kingdom of Ebenthal. It was created on 5 February 2024 through a constitutional amendment (Additional Act) voted in parliament, replacing the Tribune of Truth. However, just 13 days after its founding, the Adjudicating Tribunal was disestablished with the promulgation of the 2024 Constitution of Ebenthal, which created in Ebenthal the juslegislative power and effectively replaced the Court by the Chambers Judiciary Committee.
The Tribunal was composed of 5 adjudicators of equal status directly appointed by the King of Ebenthal and removable at his pleasure. Adjudicators had the autonomy to grant verdicts that can be definitively appealed with the approval of ⅕ of the court members.
