Constitution

The Constitution of the Ashukov Federation is the Supreme Law of the Ashukov Federation. It was approved on 24 May 2013. The initial basis was written for the most part by Brooklyn Hewitt, with its current form written by Manolis Afentoulis, but is heavily derived from the former Constitution of Amager, and therefore has similarities with the Constitutions of other former-Amagerian states.

Currently, the Ashukov Federation is using a provisional Constitution, based on the Constitutions of the Tsardom of Ashukovo and the March 2014 version of the Ashukov Federation.

Preamble to the Constitution of the Ashukov Federation

The nations of Akharnes, Montania, Dradelia, and Dorién have united together to form a glorious and free democratic Federation, known as the Ashukov Federation. This Constitution, as approved by the governments of Akharnes, Montania, Dradelia, and Dorién shall create the Ashukov Federation as well as the means to govern it.
