The Republic of Cvetosadovo, also known simply as Cvetosadovo (Russian: Республика Цветосадово), was a self-declared sovereign state, with claimed territory in Antarctica. It was governed as a Unitary Republic.

Etymology

The name Cvetosadovo, comes from "Garden of Flowers", which itself derived from Lalezar which translates to "Garden of Tulips".

History

Cvetosadovo, was first known as the Federations of Lalezar and Yenisehir, which belonged to the Federal Republic of Güldağ, however on 17 August 2013, Jacob Lewis was found guilty of high treason and his federation was forced to secede. On 28 August 2013 Cvetosadovo joined the Ashukov Federation.

Government and Politics

The Republic was governed as a Semi-Presidential Republic, politics were dominated by the Nationalist United Cvetosadovo (UC) party. The President was the head of state and the office had executive power, the head of government was the Prime Minister in theory the office held large legislative power although in practice this power was used at will of the President. The judiciary power was vested into the Supreme National Court, it was led by the Supreme Judge.

Political parties

The constitution of Cvetosadovo stated all citizens who had reached the age of maturity and were thus elegible for voting, could start their own political party. The United Cvetosadovo was the only political party legally established, according to the Secretary General of the party, its ideology contained Nationalism, Conservatism and Economical Centrism.

Head of State

Cvetosadovo was a Semi-Presidential Republic, its head of state was the President. The President had large executive and legislative powers.

Military

The defense of Cvetosadovo was handled by the Cvetosadov Armed Forces, formally led by the President Zoran Ilić. It had only one branch and a sub-branch:

  • Cvetosadov Navy (Цветосадов Mорнарица)
    • Cvetosadov Military Police (Цветосадов bојничка полиција)

Both having their respectful commanders, the armed forces as a whole were commanded by the Commander-In-Chief of the Armed Forces and by the Chairman of the Board of Branches of the Cvetosadov Armed Forces (CBBCAF).

Flora and Fauna

A big variety of animals life on Antarctica including penguins, blue whales, orcas and fur seals. The Antarctic Climate does not allow vast vegetation to form, due to a result of;

  • Bad quality of land
  • Lack of sunlight
  • Extreme weather conditions

As a result flora, consists mainly of bryophytes, mosses and liverworts, there are only two species offlowering plants.

The Order of Pavlović was the highest ranking order in the Republic, it was named after the first President of the Republic and Co-founder of the state.
