The Nationalisation of Aenopian Companies Act is an ruling of the Emperor of Aenopia of the Empire of Aenopia which decreed that all Aenopian owned or operated companies would become Nationalised. The Act was largely influenced by The Reform Act and Article XI which decreed that 'All companies owned or based in Aenopia must be nationalised, with at least 25% of the profits going to the Aenopian Government. This excludes state services such as the Aenopian Postal Service which remain under State control, with 100% profits going towards the Government.'
The Act was passed and signed on 26 July 2020 by HRH Simon Reeve before coming into effect the next day.
