List of roads in Aenopia |
The Secondary Road-01 (SR-01 Road), commonly known as SR-01 is a 115-metre (377 ft) long state highway which travels from New Llandudno Square to New Llandudno Junction, which links it up to AM-01. The road begins at an intersection at New Llandudno Square, heads Northwards and terminates at an intersection with AM-01. It is the longest road in Aenopia, and is a compacted dirt road.
Road description
The road begins at an intersection at New Llandudno Square, which connects to SR-02 towards New Llandudno Joint Airfield. It then heads Northwards through the Aenopian forest before arriving at the intersection between the road and AM-01. Here, the road terminates and merges with AM-01.
History
The path which is designated as SR-01 has existed for as long as the forest has existed for. The muddy roadway was created after bikes and dog walkers repeatedly travelled over the same area; creating a muddy pathway. The road is set to be opened in early-2020 following commissioning, however the opening date solely relies on the condition of the dirt and the muddiness of the road. Due to the road being made out of dirt, it often becomes muddy and subsequently, unsuitable for traffic. Adding to the fact that SR-01 is littered with trees and their roots, the road can be dangerous under the wrong conditions.
Intersections
The roadway is a 115-metre (377 ft) long state road which travels from New Llandudno Square to New Llandudno Junction, and intersects with one road, AM-01 at its terminus.
