The Council of the Nobles is a body of the Central Protectorate and the main legislative institution of the Decracy of Vilthia, part of the Parliament of the State of the Decracy of Vilthia. It is chaired by the Sovereign.
Functions
The Council serves as governing body of the Central Protectorate, being composed by the overlords having de facto ownership over the lands being part of the Central Protectorate.
As such, its main duty is to represent the Lords of Vilthia and their territories.
Being also part of the institutions of the Decracy of Vilthia itself, serves as main legislative body of the micronation.
Organization
The Council is composed of 5 members, or 'voices'. Every member is the Lord of a territory of Vilthia: Vignetia, Teratiliventhia, Pozut, Colat and Ildha. The Sovereign, who chairs the Council, is appointed for life by the Council in a special meeting called 'Conclave'.
