The President of the Governorate of the Central Protectorate, also known as Governor of the Decracy of Vilthia, is an office of the Vilthian Central Protectorate. The president is delegated executive authority for the Decracy of Vilthia and is appointed by the Sovereign.
The President leads the Royal Commission of the Governatorate, which forms his cabinet.
The President is elected by the citizens who have reached 17 years of age. It can run for president every citizen of at least 17 years who resided in the country for at least 10 years.

Duties

The President of the Governorate holds, on behalf of the Sovereign, the executive power over the territories of Vilthia.
The president can be considered the "head of government" of the nation and is also the representative of the Central Protectorate in relations with foreign states and organisations.
.Administrations and departments of the government of the Decracy of Vilthia, including the Gendarmerie, the Security Services, the Civil Defence and the Post Serice reports to the Governorate.
The President then is, in fact, responsible for the routine administration of the nation. During a sede vacante, the term of the president ends.

Legislative power

The President can issue decrees that must be approved by the parliament.
The President has the right to submit law proposals in the Chamber of the Representatives.
