The Comitia Occitaniæ is a constitutional convention of delegates of Nova-Occitania put in place in exceptional circumstances, composed of Amassada deputies and local elected representatives to reform the constitution or to impeach the President of the Union.

Current composition

The members of the Comitia Occitaniæ are composed of the members of the Amassada, the unicameral legislative chamber of the Union as well as all the representatives of the territories. Thus, if a person combines these two functions, he will have two votes.
