Benyamin is a region in the french part of Nova-Occitania.

Description

This region is composed of a small building which has 25m² of footprint. The population consists of a single inhabitant.

History

The region was founded by a law of 25 January 2020, classified in the "Public institutions" section of the Codex Premius and voted by an absolute majority by the deputies. Its foundation is due to the move of a resident of Shalom[1].

Politics

At the time of the creation of this new region, it was not planned to create a local autonomous institution, due to its small size, but to include it in a new common institution with the Region of Shalom, the Conseil d'État.

Codex Blue

The Codex Blue is the collection of all the norms enacted by the President of the Council of State in authorized areas by the constitution of the Union of Nova Occitania. All the norms are legal in both Shalom and Benyamin.
