Nous citoyens de l'ancienne Union Populaire d'Occitanie, dévoués à rétablir notre nation, dévoués à poursuivre les engagements auxquels nous nous sommes engagés, contituons l'Union de Nova-Occitanie comme état de droit, souverain et social. Nous arborons pour drapeau, la représentation du ciel telle qu'elle est en ce soir de déclaration d'indépendance, l'étoile rouge d'Antares pour nous guider. Constituons, une commission constitutionnelle dans l'optique de donner à notre nation une constitution et à rétablir nos institutions.
