Acts of Government in Falcar

Acts of Government in the Kingdom of Falcar take three forms, one being Parliamentary Acts, of which none have yet been legislated; one being judicial rulings, of which none have been ruled, and the final being Royal Decrees, which are known as Royal Acts or "Decrees". Parliamentary Acts take preference over royal decrees unless they are in malice or to the determent of the King and/or his successors. Decrees in turn have preference over judicial rulings which have preference over existing macronational law. All are outlined and regulated by the Constitution.
