Hawkepool is a city within Jennsia, Falcar. It was previously the capital city of the state of Turto before it's collapse. It is the smallest declared city in the micronation. In 2011 it had a population of two, but as of 2021 it has a population of zero.
It is mainly retained a city for historical and archival purposes, as many of the countries important information is stored there.
The flag of the city of Hawkepool is the oldest official symbol in Falcar, being officially declared during the Turtonian Empire on the 28th of August 2011 by Edward the Scholarent. It also retains the arms of the former nation, a practice which has ended in all other territories.
The inhabitants formerly spoke English and a constructed language known as Movu Turto, which partially remains in the modern Falcarian Language.
