Hail Gaplastovia | |
"Hail Gaplastovia" is the national anthem of the Federated States of Gapla, adopted on 18 October 2024. The national anthem was composed by famous composer William Latham as a processional march, and lyrics were written for it to become Gapla's national anthem on 6 October 2024. The anthem is named after a repeating exclamation in the anthem, "Hail Gaplastovia."
Gapla's previous anthems seemed too orchestral or march-like, and Wyatt Baek was commissioned by the government to find a new anthem. Through the music repository J.W. Pepper, he found the piece and selected it as a contestant for the new anthem.

National march
In addition to A Proud Royal Union, Wyatt Baek also set a national march for Gapla, as he felt it was necessary for the country to have one.
The march, titled March of the Revolution in its Gaplan-adapted version, is instrumental was composed in 1848 by Johann Strauss I, a celebrated Austrian composer. It was officially adopted as the national march in 2024. This piece is frequently used by the Ministry of the Armed Forces and at various patriotic events.
