Los Bay Petros is a federal republic who comprises several states (Negara bagian). According to the administrative law of Los Bay Petros, and state comprises with several counties (Kabupaten); and the counties subdivided into districts (Distrik). State, county, and cities, have their own local governments and parliamentary bodies (the Local Government Council or LGC).
Today Los Bay Petros consist by 15 states and 5 special regions (An Administrative Region, and 2 special regions). In the administrative law of Los Bay Petros, if there were an area where more than 2 states bordering each other and defined as Mainland. And as of today, there are 2 mainlands who are subjected by the government.
State
The state or Negara bagian is the first level in the Los Bay Petrosian administrative division pyramid. Currently there are 15 states creating the Federal Republic of Los Bay Petros. By the recent information from the Interior Ministry of Los Bay Petros, the largest state in Los Bay Petros is the Greater Salernosky, with area of 80 km². Whilst the smallest state in Los Bay Petros is the Nabor-Klafterschaft who has the size of 100 square meters.

Special Direct Regions

The term Mainland is used by the Los Bay Petrosian government to define an area where there are more than 3 first-level administrative division bordering each other. As 2012, there are 2 mainlands subjected by the government, and two of them are located in the same island of Java, Indonesia.
