High Paradise is a city of the Federation of Koss. It is the capital and the only city of the Province of Peritia and it is controled by the Government of Koss.
Etymology
High Paradise is actually a name that is given due to the features of the region. The city is located 1400 meters above sea level, being so the highest city within the Grand Duchy, that is where the High comes from. Paradise comes from the relaxing climate and sensation many have when they visit the region.
