(Grand Companion)

The Most Excellent Order of Merit of Basistha is the second highest order of chivalry of the Vishwamitran state of Basistha. It was established on 28 November 2021 by Ștefan Marius Snagoveanu, the first Rajyapal of Basistha as the head of the state of Basistha. The order is conferred in recognition of the services of merit rendered by individuals towards the state of Basistha and its people.

Grades and insignias

The Order of Merit of Basistha is conferred in three distinct grades of Grand Companion, Companion, and Member. All recipients of the order are entitled to bear post-nominal letters. Grand Companions of the order bear the post-nominal letters of GCMB, Companions bear the letters of CMB while Members bear that of MMB. The Rajpramukh of Basistha shall be the Sovereign and Grand Mistress of the Order of Merit of Basistha.
