Nazir (Cyrillic: Назір) is a vəlāyat of the Empire of Nedlando-Khorașan, established on 8 May 2015 as a vassal state of the Empire of Pavlov and being fully integrated within Pavlov as a consituent state on 10 August 2016. Nazir was originally founded as a Christian Arabic kingdom based on the Kingdom of Jerusalem, however it has recently moved towards Slovak culture. Nazir had declared independence from Pavlov again since its collapse, but later rejoined Khorashan, its successor, and later Nedlando-Khorashan.
History
Pavlovian vassal
The Kingdom of Nazir was established on 8 May 2015 as a vassal state of the Empire of Pavlov. The government of Nazir developed the country's culture so that it was similar to the cultures of Christian Arabs and the Kingdom of Jerusalem. Matushalih Al-Messiyar (also known as Jaroslaw Andriewszky) was selected to rule as the first Malik (king) of Nazir. During his rule, Nazir had endorsed various religions, however Greek Catholicism was eventually decided to become the state religion. The malik appointed Yaroslav, Prince of Çelёsat-e-Quiellit as the first Grand Vizier of Nazir. On 23 June 2015, Krištof von Drakon was appointed the new Vizier al-Sakafa (Minister of Culture) following the resignation of the previous Vizier al-Sakafa three days earlier. On 27 June 2015, following the enacting of the "Fourth Edict of Medynt al-Sufah", the Nazirian Orthodox Church was established.
Sovereign Military Order of Saint Andrew the First Called
On 30 July 2015, the Kingdom of Nazir was reform into the "Sovereign Military Order of Saint Andrew the First Called", a Christan military order inspired by Romanian culture.
On 9 August 2015, the Emperor of Pavlov ceded the island of Despotiko to the military order. On 14 August 2015, following state reforms, the capital city of the military order was renamed to Cordeanupolis and Malik Matushalih Al-Messiyar renamed himself "Iaroslav".
Pavlovian constituent state
In early August 2016, Krištof von Drakon was granted absolute control over Nazir. On 10 August 2016, Nazir was integrated into Pavlov as a constituent state. On 14 October 2016, following the annexation of Akebar by Pavlov and the adoption of a new charter, Emperor Alexander IV of Pavlov became King of Nazir. Emperor Alexander IV appointed Krištof von Drakon as Premier of Nazir and George Oprea as Viceroy of Nazir. On 14 October, former Kingdom of Rytsargrad was annexed to Nazir.[1]
Recent developments
On 12 May 2017 the "Collapse of Pavlov"[2] happened. The territories of Nazir were unclaimed after that, untill 25 May 2017 when all fomer lands of Nazir have been claimed by Krištof von Drakon. On 3 July 2017 the briefly independent Kingdom of Nazir joined the Qök Qoyunlu Beglïqï after a mutual agreement with Deñız Beg. After Hasani and Pascali application to join the Qök Qoyunlu Beglïqï was disapproved, Nazir and other states have decided to create a new state together, the Expansive Realm of Khorașan. After an initial proposal to merge Nedland with Khorașhan was rejected by Ali Haydar Khan. He submitted a revised proposal to the Nedlandic government for their view, which was later accepted after some minor consessions. On 12 August 2017 Khorașan and Nedland officially merged into the Empire of Nedlando-Khorașan.

Culture
The culture of Nazir has developed as a result of many influences. During its early existence, Nazir's cultures was heavily influenced by Christian Arab culture and to a lesser extent Byzantine cultre. Following the coronation of Grand Prince Krištof and the annexation of the now dissolved Rytsargrad, Nazir's culture was generally Slavified and moved towards Slovak and Iryllian culture although it maintained some of its original aspects.
Cuisine
The national cuisine of Nazir is very unique due to its influences from a diverse range of foreign cuisines. The national dish of Nazir is hummus on breadroll, known locally as "alhums ealaa lifat alkhubz". The wine from the vineyards of Nov Asenovgrad is an extremely popular local drink.
Regional cultures
The territories of the Iryllian regions (collectively known as "former Rytsargrad") have the most distinct regional culture in Nazir, developed following years of history. For example, the Iryllian region of Narentia is heavily influenced by the culture of the Neretva region. The capital region of Nov Asenovgrad is heavily influenced by Bulgarian and Slovak.
