Umtitia (Norwegian: Provinsen Umtitia), formerly known as the Montgomery SCR under DSFR Nedland, is a department of Nedlando-Khorashan. Its capital is the city of Varansölv.
It was established originally on 9 May 2015 as the Montgomery SCR. On 18 November, it was officially established as a province of Paravia as its current name Umtitia. The name and flag are influenced by Berber culture.
