The Nedlando-Khorașanese Commonwealth realm is a non-organizational entity that refers to states that officially designate themselves as having historical or political ties to the Empire of Nedlando-Khorașan, and is comprised of former colonies and highly influenced nations. The realm was founded in June 2017, in order to keep a bond between Nedland's former territorial possessions, but was soon expanded to those nations that are highly influenced by Nedlando-Khorașan. "Registered" states have no obligations, and registry is allowed only to those states with a specific reason to be the latter. Requirements for joining are either a former territorial affiliation with Nedlando-Khorașan, or an acknowledgement of the Shanshah as their feudal superior.

For note, the royal house of any nation that is marked as a "Khanate" officially swears fealty as a vassal to the Shahanshah of Nedlando-Khorașan.
