Pavlograd (Serbian: Павлоград) is a vəlāyat and department of Nedlando-Khorașan located in the village of Lipovica, near Belgrade, Serbia. It was founded by Pavle Nikolić, who contacted Ned Gunderson about joining after he had heard about the country's political structure. Its capital is Hyerosolima.
