History

The first flag of Nedland was created for the Democratic Republic of Nedland on 7 October 2014 using the Flag Designer at AppSpot. It was used for all purposes, including the navy ensign.

In January 2015, the flag was readopted for the Democratic Extraterrestrial Republic of Nedland, a failed state.

That flag is still considered the traditional and ethnic flag of Nedland.

On July 4, a new flag designed by Grémmia's Michael Ònff was adopted.

The flag of Nedland is very similar to the former flag of Amazonia, but this is just a coincidence. Tuyết didn't know Nedland when she designed the flag of Amazonia. Because the flag is too similar with flag of Nedland, Tuyết redesign the flag of Amazonia and the new flag was accepted on 22 September 2021.
