Kexholm (Norwegian: Huset Josef), formerly known as Villa Joseph, is a municipality and is located within Terstegnia. It was founded by secretary of education Dr. Larry Joseph on May 21, and consists of one house. It was incorporated into Nedland on May 21, 2015.
