The Anax of the State of Koss, ceremonially referred to as the Anax, was the political institution comprising the absolute Monarch of Koss.
Powers and duties
Following the Provisions of the State of Koss, which defined the functioning of the State of Koss after independence from St. Charlie, the Anax was given supreme power to rule over the State.
