Sacramento Subcultural Republic (SCR) is a non-autonomous republic and dual territory shared between the Kid United Republic and Nedland. It is based the Californian capital city of Sacramento, and is a division of the Nedlandic Autonomous Republic and the KUR. It has no population estimate, and its capital is Republic City.
It is a dual territory shared between Nedland and the Kid United Republic. Only one citizen in Republic City, the capital of the KUR and the Sacramento SCR, hold Nedlandic citizenship. This is Jackson Cole, former president of the KUR. The rest hold only American and Republican citizenship.
The fact that the Sacramento SCR being part of the KUR is recognized, and the status of it being part of another sovereign state is recognized. It is merely an administrative division to allow its denizens to vote in Nedlandic elections.
