Connor Barrows (born 27 March 2008) is an Irish musician and amateur actor who was the Acting President of Roscamistan from 19 to 26 March 2022. He has also served as Vice President of Roscamistan three times, from 18 February to 18 May 2021, from 23 June - 18 November 2021, and finally from 17 May - 6 August 2023.
He was the second among equals of the founders of Roscamistan, behind Thomas Jacobs, whom he founded Roscamistan with on 18 February 2021. He was a less prominent politician in the nation. Barrows was also influential in the 2023 Roscami civil war and the 2023 Roscami coup d’etat
Early life
Barrows was born in Galway City, in March 2008. Not much information is given until he met Thomas Jacobs in December 2020.
Micronational career
First Vice-Presidency
Barrows entered micronationalism when he, with his friend Thomas Jacobs founded the Republic of Roscamistan. Barrows was appointed Vice President by now President Jacobs, and in the early days served as the closest advisor to the President.
Post independence
Barrows maintained a small role in Roscamistan, but did meet with Jacobs most days in early 2021. Barrows served as Vice President until the 17thMayCoup, when he, along with Thomas Jacobs, were removed from their post as Vice-President and President respectively by Anthony Hanlon. He was succeeded in his role by Kayden Conboy, another friend of his. After being informed of this, Barrows accepted that he was removed, and remained a close advisor to Thomas Jacobs.
Second Vice-Presidency
On 23 June 2021, Jacobs forced the transfer of the Presidency from Anthony Hanlon, becoming President, and reappointed Barrows to serve as Vice President. Barrows served as a core part of the second presidency of Thomas Jacobs, and from late June to mid-November, served as Vice President. After the rise of Doros Patusky after August 2021, Barrows became less and less of an advisor to Jacobs, in favour of Patusky. On 18 November 2021, Barrows resigned from the Vice Presidency for personal reasons unrelated to micronationalism. Patusky later was elected Vice President in a special election ten days later. Barrows was made the First Secretary of State, and became second in line to the Presidency.
Modern career
On 19 March 2022, after the inauguration of President-elect Patusky failed to happen and was delayed, Barrows was made Acting President by virtue of the First Secretariat of State, and was later forced out of office by Jan Kotoński, who became Provisional President. Barrows remained the First Secretary of State, and a high-ranking member of Government nationally.

Barrows is currently in his fourth year of secondary school. Barrows is a fan of the roleplaying game Dungeons and Dragons, and is learning to play guitar. He has Asperger's syndrome, is a pacifist, and described as a social liberal and a social democrat. Barrows lives in outside of Roscam with his family and dog.
