The program includes the adoption of the Convention of Fruchemburg, an official conferential documment on micronational conflict moral guidelines and security. So far the program has promoted the combat to micronational terrorism through the emission of public notes among which stands out the "Conference of Santiago: Note to micronations about terrorist movements within Lusophone Micronationalism".
