Bolkar (Czech Prabulhary), previously known as Fitzpatrick City, is a municipality located within Acrest, Nedland. It is the capital of Acrest, and was founded by Karl Friedrich several years ago. It was incorporated into Nedland on December 21, 2016 when Monovia was annexed.
At various points, the city has been part of Lurk and Monovia.
