William Cooper is a Canadian micronationalist, statesman, politician, and military officer who is the founder and current Grand Duke of the Grand Duchy of Moletopia and has been reigning since 18 October 2020. Apart from his involvement in Moletopia, Cooper holds several important positions in other micronations including that of Vishwamitra and Atiera. He is currently serving as the Leader of the Opposition in the House of the People of Vishwamitra since 27 January 2022 and leads the Co-Operative Commonwealth Federation in Atiera.
