Nicholas Lokin (born 19 October 2005) is a micronationalist known for his works in the Grand Kingdom of Matachewan (as Prime Minister and later Premier), the Kingdom of Humberlea (as the sole monarch in its history), and the Kingdom of Ticronvidia, part of the Empire of Elysium. As of 13 February 2021, he was also Vice President of the Aenderese Republic.

- ↑ Brandon Mierzwa, protector of the award, stated that "all local premiers" would receive the order. He later in the same statement described that "locals" would be classified as those from the "Niagara-Toronto Area". A location Lokin resides in. Lokin later served as Premier of Matachewan. It was later confirmed by Mierzwa through Lokin on 31 July 2023 that the order would indeed, technically have been awarded to him at the time.
