The Province of New Rouen, also known as New Rouen (Hodish: Nürüin), is a krahinë (province) in the Duchy of Hodiny. It has a population of 4, and claims half an acre in land.
Etymology
New Rouen was named after the Norman town of Rouen, where the Duke of Hodiny has ancestral ties.
Flag
The flag of Nuruen is the old Hodinian flag (Green/White/Red horizontal tricolor) with the Duke's arms in the middle, a yellow shield with a red banner with three yellow circles down the middle across the diagonal of the shield going from left to right down.
