The Ministry of Royal Household Affairs (Hindi: राजगृहस्थी विषयक मंत्रालय), formerly also known as the Ministry of the Royal Household and the Ministry of Royal Palace Affairs was a ministry of the Government of Vishwamitra which was responsible for the affairs and administration of the royal household and handling its communication and relations with the government and other affiliated bureaus. The ministry was established on 17 June 2020 under the premiership of Princess Anoushkaa. The ministry remained functional until its dissolution on 11 June 2022 when all the responsibilities of the ministry were transferred to the Grand Chamberlain and the other officers of the royal household.
Ministers
The Minister of Royal Household Affairs was headed by the Minister of Royal Household Affairs who was either a cabinet rank minister or a minister of state with independent charge. They were responsible for the formulation of various activities, tasks, laws under the ministry's jurisdiction. Cabinet ministers of Royal Household Affairs were often assisted by a junior minister, or a Minister of State for Royal Household Affairs.
Coincidentally, all the ministers who have served are royals of the different royal families of Vishwamitra.
