The Ministry of Bhalam Affairs (Hindi: भालम विषयक मंत्रालय) was a ministry of the government of Vishwamitra which was responsible for formulating and administrating the rules, regulations and laws relating to the administration and development of the former federal territory of Bhalam. The ministry was created to act as a bridge between the representatives of the government of Bhalam and the federal government of Bhalam, and was tasked with all such matters and affairs related to ensuring the development and progress of Bhalam.
The ministry was created on 30 May 2024 in the fourth Klarissa Sriraya ministry and was headed by minister Arthur Lacey-Scott-FitzLacia during its existence. The ministry had initiated several measures to constitute an elected legislature, conduct elections and other developmental work in the federal territory. Prior to the creation of the ministry, all affairs related to Bhalam and the other federal territories were vested upon the Ministry of Federal Territories. The ministry was abolished on 22 July 2024 following the expulsion of the federal territory of Bhalam from the union after its declaration of self-independence.
