The Ministry of Home Affairs (Hindi: गृह मंत्रालय) is the ministerial department of Vishwamitra responsible for maintaining internal matters and internal security. The Ministry was established on 6 December 2015 after the constitution amendment 2015 and changes made in the cabinet position. The ministry is considered one of the top ministries of the State.

The Ministry of Home Affairs is headed by the Minister of Home Affairs, which is a cabinet-level official. Anoushkaa Patranabish served as the first holder of the Ministry serving in office from 6 December 2016 until 11 April 2016.
