Judicial Council of the Gymnasium State (Czech: Soudní rada Státu Gymnázium) was a proposed judicial body of the Gymnasium State. It was planned to consist of three judges, with one of them elected as the Chairman of the Council. For affairs of the constitutional court, the Chairman of the Constitutional Court would assume the powers of the Chairman of Council. Except for the Chairman of Constitutional Court, who would be elected for a period of one year from the citizens, all jugdes would be forbidden from having citizenship. The Judicial Council was supposed to be specified by the Judicial Law of the Gymnasium State.
