Duchess of Nilza was a title (named after the administrative region of Nilza in Koss) given by the Princess of Koss to the nobility of the Grand Duchy of Koss. The difference between this royal title from the others was that: the Duchess of Nilza could be only given to a female personality. The last Duchess was Lady Mjaceva Hasjloker . The title could be removed only by the Princess of Koss or the Grand Duke of Koss. The person given this title, could use on its name the prefix Her Ducal Highness
