The Minister of International Relations (Hindi: अंतर्राष्ट्रीय संबंध मंत्री‎) is a former ministerial position in the Government of Vishwamitra who was responsible for the affairs of the Ministry of International Relations.

The position was created on 24 November 2019 as the "Minister of Commonwealth and International Relations" after the bifurcating the Department of Commonwealth Affairs of the Ministry of Commonwealth and States and the Department of International Relations of the Ministry of External Affairs. The minister was responsible for the affairs of the commonwealth of states and for international relations. On 10 January 2020, the position was renamed as Minister of Commonwealth Affairs and International Relations. From 9 December 2019 until 3 March 2020, the Minister of External Affairs held the additional portfolio of the Minister of Commonwealth Affairs and International Relations.

On 3 March 2020, the Ministry of Commonwealth Affairs and International Relations was bifurcated into two independent ministries: the Ministry of Commonwealth Affairs, which was responsible for the affairs the state commonwealths; and the Department of International Relations, which was responsible for international affairs, prospering and forging international cooperation and discharged functions under the Ministry of External Affairs. On 22 March 2020, the Department of International Relations was created an independent ministry subordinate to the Ministry of External Affairs. On 17 June 2020, the Ministry of International Relations was merged with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to form the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Relations.
