Rafi Farhanto is the current Chairman of Islamkistan Advisory Council and the 5th Prime Minister of Los Bay Petros. He's a student of SMP Labschool Kebayoran, 7B and 8A 10th Generation. He is the current Head of the IAC and the Governor of Qurnat al-Ajdabiyah Province. Beside as his profession as a student, he is also a very good goalkeeper. And he is also a big fan of Barcelona FC, as a "Fanatic Blaugranas". And a lot of rumors says that the has very close relationships with Nabila Zahra in his class. He is also a very clever person.
