Zyva, officially the Free Commonwealth of Zyva (New Elarian: Fro Pïnnïlbost Ï Tero) is a self-proclaimed sovereign state located in the Rhode Island Sector, commonly viewed as a micronation. The nation became a Elarian Commonwealth during the Zeprano-Elarian War. Zyva find it's roots in the Republic of Worrell and the United Elarian Front, which was the name of Ela'r'oech at the time, Zyva was founded by Terry McKeen III, and Charles Madgett as an Elarian Realm under the name of the "Commonwealth of Zeprana" on March 1, 2021. Zyva is bordered on all sides by Republic of Averna as a landlocked micronation, formerly bordered by Averna, Commonwealth of Zeprana, and the United States of America until the Anti-Zepranan Act of Zyva.
Entomology
The word and name Zyva is unknown what its origins come from for the micronation except that the "Z" and the "A" come from its original name "Zeprana".
History
Zyva was founded on March 1, 2021, by Charles I, Emperor of Ela'r'oech and Terry McKeen III as the United Commonwealth of Zeprana, which later became the Kingdom of Zeprana. The Kingdom of Zeprana shortly after its creation split into two between the Republic of Richmondia (Modern Day Averna) and Zeprana and later when the other state became Averna Terry McKeen III declared Averna inligitment which during the time Zeprana was getting a lot of hate from foreign nations, which after that on April 10 the Kingdom of Zeprana became the Republic of Zeprana until on April 26, 2022, it became the Federal Republic of Zeprana. Later after the founding of the Federal Republic, Matthew Cunningham became the Federal President of Zeprana before Terry McKeen reclaimed office and the Free Republic of Zeprana seceded later calling its self the Free Federal Republic of Zeprana. After its founding the state remained a neutral entity until the Zeprano-Elarian War when the FFRZ joined the Elarian Commonwealth and became the Free Commonwealth of Zyva, and changed its main flag to a design similar to the Second Flag of Worrell with 6 stars in a black box before changing its flag back to the FFRZ flag. After the end of the Zeprano-Elarian War, Zyva's flag and emblem changed to cut all its connections with its Zepranan past, but was deemed fake by the Elarian Republic of Zeprana so it still does not recognize Zeprana despite it being another Elarian Commonwealth, which later on 4 March 2023 Zyva shrank and moved its borders to a way smaller size.

Zyva has 4 regions in its borders. Zyva originally had 2 regions which were founded on 4 March 2023, before 2 more were founded on 26 April and 27 April 2023.
Each region has its own flag, name, borders, and are each given a regional number. While each region has its own flag, name, and borders, they do not have their own ability to self-govern and are still majorily under the government of Zyva.

National symbols
National Flag
The national flag of Zyva is a Red-Yellow-United Nations Blue Horizontal Tricolor flag, which there is a silver border around three sides of the flag with the addition of a white equilateral triangle based on the hoist-side bearing the yellow five-pointed star outline in the center.
Emblem
The emblem of Zyva is a circle with the year Zyva was founded, and its name. The emblem has three stars in the top left, and 2 in the bottom right near three chain links which at the bottom, and the left chain link has a green olive branch coming off it and wrapped around it. In the top right a semi-shield shaped dent forms in the top right with a similar style design to the old Seal of Zyva and the Free Federal Republic of Zeprana with a flag pole coming out of it with the flag of Zyva. The stars in the top represent the provinces of Zyva, and the stars in the bottom represent Ela'r'oech and United Commonwealth of Zeprana because it is where Zyva origins from.

The civil flag of Zyva is a Red-Yellow-United Nations Blue Horizontal Tricolor flag, but unlike the national flag is 2:3 instead of 1:2 and has no silver rim or a triangle with a star.
