The Greater Elarian Commonwealth is a loose union of micronations who are ruled by the monarchy of Ela'r'oech, Charles Madgett. States in the commonwealth are separate from territories of the Elarian Empire, therefore they manage their own foreign relations and affairs. The head of the GEC is always the monarchy of Ela'r'oech. Most states within the GEC also have a high rate of Elarian citizens. They are also not always LENS-ETU member states, however they are free to join at their own discretion.

Structure

Similar to how the Kingdom of Ela'r'oech and the early Empire of Ela'r'oech would establish realms, the GEC is made up of Ela'r'oech and other autonomous micronations and sovereign states which establish or proclaim Charles to be their monarch. Multiple micronations are part of the commonwealth, with a technical inclusion from the Kingdom of Pontunia after Madgett v. Perdomo.
