Sean II and V (Sean Jenaraine Villevoiche) is a micronationalist who reigns as King of Laskaridia and currently serves as Head of its ruling house, the House of Lascaria. He is currently a citizen of Baustralia and Juniperia, where his official title is the Duke of Villevoiche, although he has many other subsidiary titles. He began micronationalism in roughly 2019, he was introduced to the Westavian Empire through friends and gained a position in its nobility. Villevoiche began "proper" micronationalism in 2022 when he joined the nation of Georgienstine, in Georgienstine he participated in its congress and attained the position of Minority Whip and later Governor of Augustine. Villevoiche holds the title Marquess Villevoiche of Culver in the Peerage of Baustralia.

After taking a hiatus from micronationalism, Villevoiche returned as King of Laskaridia. Laskaridia was a small plot of land previously under the suzerainty of the Juniperian crown. The land was (then) permanently given to him as an estate, which he turned into the Kingdom of Laskaridia. He later acquired the estates of Donnauberg Province and others. Through intermicronational diplomacy, Villevoiche (who reigned as Sean II and V) built a commonwealth of nations that were de-facto dependencies of the realm. After his account was taken over and all digital portions of Laskaridia were deleted, Vilevoiche had to abdicate and dissolve (nullify) the Saintathen Accords and the Decree of Establishment. He then adopted his older surname, Villevoiche, after one of his titles. Currently, he is a citizen of Baustralia and a part of its army.

Early life and micronationalism

Villevoiche was born on 4 June 2009 and showed interest in politics and statecraft at an early age. Villevoiche joined the Republic of Georgienstine in 2021 where he was a part of the Socialist Party, the party was then under the viziership of Benjamin Olson. Following a large rift in the party, Villevoiche joined the Venceremos party, it was under this time he gained the position of Minority Whip. After a hiatus from micronationalism, he returned and ran underneath Georgienstine First (a right wing party) and became Governor of Augustine, under his term, a new weather station was created as well as the nation's first wholly elected state assembly. After resigning, Villevouche founded the Republic of Juniperia. Juniperia was a republican nation, as a nominally socialist republic, Villevoiche held full power as President of Juniperia. Juniperia had radio stations, a space programme Villevoiche then held a referendum amongst the citizens on the idea of a monarchy. The populace accepted overwhelmingly. Athena II was selected due to her distant connections to the Bourbons of Spain. Juniperia was successful in diplomacy, Villevoiche became the first Prime Minister of Juniperia and underneath his term, Juniperia joined the Cupertino Alliance and was eventually promulgated to a full member before being peacefully expelled. Juniperia then had a term from Berain Ergen, but a vote of no confidence was passed following his severe inactivity. A caretaker government of the Lord Pavillion was installed, which was succeeded by the government of Louie Hoorizadeh. Throughout this period, Villevouche served as foreign minister and head of the army. He eventually resigned from all political positions in July, however returned in a "coup."

After a short break, Villevoiche founded the nation of Laskaridia with himself as prince. The principality was founded as the Principality of Laskaridia through a set of agreements termed the "Saintathen Accords." The accords leased parts of Juniperia to Laskaridia as estates of the Duke of Castyre, shortly afterwards he abdicated and chose his successor to be Villevoiche, who reigned as Sean II and V. As prince and later King, he enacted new reforms and paved the way for free elections. The Saintathen Accords represented the pinnacle change in the status quo between Westavians and Juniperians, there was a history of seperation between the two groups dating back to the foundation of the republic. One example is the Insurgency in Westavia, where the An Reilistes and a coalition of nationalists attacked the Royal Government and the Unionist militias. The Accords, though never stating it, created a haven for all those persecuted by Juniperia in the war, as well as a refuge for Westavians, it was the first "truly" Alturian state since Westavia, during the early era of Laskaridia, the devolution of its territories was unclear. The Prince Edward further complicated matters by abdicating to Villevoiche. His surrender of the throne to him marked Villevoiche as new head of the House of Lascaria despite him not bearing any ties to the Shahanians or the House of Celenic. The new Prince declared Laskaridia a Kingdom and created the Commonwealth, which was an expansive group of territories under Laskaridian protection and suzerainty. Devolution became clear in Royal Decree 5, creating several provinces ruled by influential families. Under this, a de-jure compromise was made between the new King and the Prince emeritus guaranteeing him control over the province of Castyre as a ceremonial devolved royal. In the Kingdom of Baustralia and its Empire, Villevoiche is the founder and current Lord Governor of Culver, a colony consiting of some of the former estates of the Kingdom of Laskaridia.
