Edicts

An edict is a bill passed by the King of Laskaridia, edicts are fully enforceable and are considered laws. They can be formed as communications from the royal household, or a type of decree. They can also serve as formal declarations of war or diplomatic treaties. After Laskaridia's transition to a Kingdom, they are known as Royal Declarations, but are commonly referred to as edicts.
