Cities

A "city" in the Federation constitutes an area of historical, cultural, or other importance to the Federation. They are various types of historical settlements that could be considered as cities. One example is Laskaridia and Donnauberg (Donnau, in modern terms). Both cities had periods of elevated action, but had no permanent population during these time periods. The city of Laskaridia is considered an important site of the realm. Fed eralcities do not have any population that resides there permanently but are often inhabited.
