The Seneschal of Norfolk is the head of state of the Laskaridian province of Norfolk. The Seneschal of Norfolk is considered the personal representative of the monarch within the province, thus the powers of the Seneschal are purely ceremonial, often comparative to a Governor of a British Commonwealth realm. The Seneschal may also confer awards of the province (merit and chivalry) to citizens of the province and outsiders, a privilege that civil servants of the province do not have. The current Seneschal, Nicholas Bluebonn, was appointed by Royal declaration on 22 October 2023.
